The search for solutions to the Iraq war heats up, one week after the Democratic sweep in the midterm elections. Proposals on Capitol Hill include sending more troops to Iraq, setting a timetable for withdrawing U.S. forces, and engaging in stronger diplomatic efforts with countries such as Syria and Iran.
