RULES - YEAH, WE HAVE RULES HERE.
This group is meant to express your opinion on the age ban, not to complain how the police arrested you for breaking the rules and running from Mall security. If you have something negative to say about Clearview Mall security or the Police, do not say it here. This is the wrong place. No foul language, cursing is no way to solve problems. Any post posted that breaks these rules will be deleted with no warning. I am doing this at no cost to you. So lets not have fights on the board shall we? Also please stop speaking under RACAB's behalf. I could delete this group and never think twice about it again. Remember I am above the age limit.
Quick About
This group is all about using our 1st amendment rights to “protest” the ban on everyone 16 years of age or younger at Clearview Mall after 4PM on Friday and Saturdays. Join this group if you are willing to stand for what is right.
Our main points!
1. If Clearview Mall shuts down for all people under the age of 16 on Fridays and Saturdays, the kids that caused the age ban are just going to be forced to go to another mall, or another place of attraction. In other words, the kids that caused the age ban at Clearview are just going to be the cause of another age ban, at another place, and ruin it for everyone again.
2. If you are a teen who enjoys Clearview Mall, JOIN THIS. It is the perfect way of standing up for what is right. Power is in numbers, and right know, we have the numbers!
3. If you are a parent, you may want to think about what your child is be doing instead of being safe at Clearview, with security, and a police station almost in the mall. Wouldn't you rather see your child safe, instead of walking the streets?
4. If you are Clearview Mall staff, our main question is WHY? Why not try to beef up security, instead of killing business of your biggest age group. I am not a money and profit expert, but I am sure it would cost less to spend a little more money on more security, then it would cost to lose the business of your target age group.

"I know plenty of children under the age of 16 that are very good kids and go to Clearview Mall quite often. Everyone should not be punished for the actions of few." "In addition to my previous comment, I am also the parent of two children under the age of 16 and have frequently allowed them to meet up with friends at Clearview Mall on weekends. So, now I have to be with them everytime they want to go to the mall if it happens to be after 4 p. m. ? I think this is unfair to the children as well as the parents to have to treat their children like they are 5 year olds!"

"I think that this ban of the teens from Clearview Mall is reasonable, but I think they extended the age too much, the 15 and 16 year olds are mature enough now that they don’t do any of the stuff listed, I believe the ban should just be 14 and lower."

The bottom line!
This is the bottom line. As a member of this group you understand that what Clearview Mall is doing, is wrong. You want it to change, and you want it soon. The whole purpose of this group is to show Clearview that power is in ORGNIZED numbers. The only way to be organized is to have leader that people can follow. The group should not be speaking for the leader, and if they do, the group is putting the leader in serious danger of legal action. Please stop speaking for the group.
Want to know why?
The reason the age ban is in place is because last weekend a few huge fights broke out, and the fire alarm was pulled. Stores were being shoplifted while the panic of getting everyone out of the mall was happening, and a few other things. Also there was a rumored stabbing, but I have yet to have that confirmed.
What the group needs from you!
If the age ban is lifted, the group is going to need a few things to stop. First off, the immature actions. There is no need to be yelling across the food court, and there is also no reason for people to be on the roof of Clearview/Sears and throwing paint balls at cars. That is a sure fire way to not get the age ban lifted. Secondly, the drug activity needs to stop. I am sick of going to the mall, and walking out side, and being asked if I wanted to by some kush, or purple haze. Want the age ban lifted? STOP IT! Lastly, RESPECT. No matter how hard it is, RESPECT the law, the rules, and the security. If all these things are followed, the only thing else we will need to get the ban lifted is time!
1st Attempt
We are all here for one reason, and that is to get the age ban lifted at the lowest level possible. So what I am going to need EVERYONE to do, is do not go to Clearview on Friday or Saturday. This means, do not go to Target, AMC, Sears, or any other shop in Clearview. On the two dates, I am also going to need everyone to wear a white shirt, a sign, or something you can write on. Write on the shirt “RACAB” or “Rise Against the Clearview Age Ban” This will make a statement.
If this does not work, I have other things in mind. I will reveal them only if what is listed above does not work.
