If you are not too familiar with the Three Kingdoms Era, but want to learn more, I suggest reading the book Romance of the Three Kingdoms (ROTK). This link gives access to all 120 chapters of the book, free online. If you don't have time to read the book, there is a summary of the story on Wikipedia. You may also find out more by simply asking each other questions on sites like this. A couple of very good sites with a good amount of detailed information on the Three Kingdoms Era are Romance of the Three Kingdoms Frontier, Sanguo Online Community and Kongming's Archives. Lands of Chaos is a newer forum recently suggested by Guo Jia.
