More than a simple sex manual, this slim volume condenses vast amounts of information into short, practical techniques for integrating mental and physical energies. The book is divided into three sections. The first section focuses on preparing for love. The second section, titled "Actualization of Love," ends with a chapter illustrating various positions from the Kama Sutra. The last section deals with enhancing and maintaining love.
