| I struggle with many excesses, trying to fill some void. I try to fill the emptiness with work (60-80 hours per week), food, alcohol, shopping, porn, masturbation. These things make me feel good for a while, then I quickly return to depression. I am a broken person and I know I need help. The worst part is, I just can't name the emptiness. If I could name it, maybe I could overcome it. |
