| My friends and I all trained as doctors, but I haven't found a job yet, and I do a rubbish job in the hospital. My friends seem to be deserting me now as if I'm some asshole because I haven't got a well paid job. I'm sick of the way people are so fair-weather with me, so I've decided once I emigrate next year, they can all fuck off. I'm only keeping contact with a couple of girls I know and family.
