| everytime i'm put into a leadership position, i do well for a while, and then suddenly, i start having all these fears and doubts and i loose almost all of my confidence. and my followers see it, so they stop following me. but somehow, i'm an amazing and confident leader when it really doesn't matter. so now i'm screwing it up again where it most matters. but the great thing that i just realized is this time, i have the most forgiving group, and they really want more than anything to see me succeed. so if i'm waiting for this to not matter, it's never gonna happen. and this is the point where i tell myself to JUST GET OVER IT. just be awesome. cause you know you are. and this time i can't afford to be shy and timid, because it's now or never. |
