Standing at the crowded foyer
Looking up at the balcony
A floppy long hair new employee
I was engrossed, but she never noticed
I glanced at her across the hallway
I glanced at her across the conference desk
Each time she brushed her lustrous hair to the back
I tried to denial my feeling and I tried to forget
But her images still hanging over my shoulder
Tomorrow is now, and now has gone forever
I thought nothing last forever
She haunts me still and so I won't pretend forever
One day, we met at the office coffee bay.
With a Quebec accent,
She said â??Hi! â??My nameâ??
I look her in her eyes not knowing what to say,
I managed with the conversation,
Just wanting another stares.
It's so hard to say I have a crush on her,
Tell me did she ever felt the same way.
She sported a short hair nowadays
A Quebec lady in red and black
Strong in the feeling that come so late
Can I still smell the same coffee fragrant at this stage?
Come the day I have to leave this work place
I did not missed my job
But, I missed seeing her in my new coffee place
Time may help to heel those fondness moments I guessed
