We met not so long ago on a day that slips my mind I heard you voice and after we talked I knew you would be mine You make me smile So sweet and content and no matter how bad my day or how my life went You could make me laugh I think of you day by day and I hope that maybe you could be mine someday I count down the days Till I meet you Face to face And discover How my love is true I'm not nervous and I'm not scared I hope for a sense of comfort once you're there I think of you and how you were on the E And how I hoped you were true and how maybe you knew I was just being me Those pics aren't some superstar I didn't try to impress I just tried to be me at that I'm very best So I hope you are you and you're not somebody fake and that you really love me cause if you didn't my heart you would break
