Ok so maybe, I'm not the perfect person, I make a lot of mistakes, And hurt myself, Along with others along the way, But underneath all of these imperfections, I promise there is something worth keeping, Just give me half a chance, To prove to you, That I can be something special, And that I will love you, With everything I have, I swear that I'll give it my all, I've had my heart broken before, And I hope you can fix it, It doesn't have to be perfect, Just so I can love you, With everything I have, I've loved a lot more than I've hurt, So I know I can love you, You just have to give me a chance, Because I promise you won't be sorry, Because when I love a man, I love him with everything I have, The last guy really did me in, And I swore that I wouldn't ever love again, But for you I'll break that promise, So let me show you, What this little country girl has got
