I have been listening to Gorshkov till the early part of this decade. 126 Multi role combat aircraft since MMS became PM for the first time.
I dont know when they will buy or make and induct all these.
LCAs present condition vis a vis its induction in IAF is still not clear.
And they are going for produiction of fifth generation
MCA(medium combat aircraft).
Arjun Tank a big failure

AT present India is virtually without any aircraft carrier.

The govt as always will sleep sleep and sleep and when the war's clouds will start gathering wake up and do things half hazardly and ineffecientlly in a hurry.
Waise bhi, this govt is being run by economists who dont know even ABC of the importance of military might.

MMS in his first budget reduced the defense budget in terms of GDP and then kept on doing it. It just shows the callous attitude of the govt that had been given a clear mandate by the people.
LCA has become Last Century Aircraft

trishul, Naag and akash are far beyond from induction in army... still going trials
Gorshkhove deal is no where still pricing issue
126 airvcraft is long pending from 10 years
5generation aircraft perhaps will be inducted when our 5th generation will be borned....

we will always be in danger if gov functions continously like this!!
IAF was never happy about this airplane. In fact Russia offloaded these airplanes which were on their way to junk yard. India paid more than market price for these Junks.
PV Narasimha Rao, congress made tons of money on this. The broker for this deal was god man fraud man Indian taxpayers enemy #1 Chandraswami.
